The Lam-Hammer is protected by a 2-year limited warranty if used in accordance with its designed purpose.  A copy of the store receipt with the date of purchase is required.  Just return the tool for inspection by Lam-Hammer, Inc.  We are not responsible for damage to the tool caused by misuse or use not intended.

          If the tool proves faulty, it will be replaced 100% plus shipping.
